Trading Plans/Forecast Published Tuesday Morning – Medium-term Models
“For today, Tuesday 04/02, our medium-term models indicate carrying the long from Friday (entered at 2828, with the stop trigger at 2859.40 as of the close of Monday, 04/01) until it gets stopped out. Keeping the 10-point trailing stop intact, but instituting a hard stop at 2862. If stopped out, the models would stay flat for the rest of the session. No short trades indicated today. “
Trading Plan Results/Outcome
Tue 04/02: Booked 34.90 index points in profits on an open long position carried from Friday’s session.
The index opened above the stop trigger of 2859.40 and reached session high of 2872.90 within few minutes of opening the session, lifting the trailing stop to 2862.90. The stop was triggered around 11:00am, closing the long with a profit of 34.90 index points! The models stayed flat for the rest of the session.

“For today, Tuesday 04/02, our aggressive intraday models indicate going short on a break below 2848 with an 8-point trailing stop and a hard-stop at 2853. Models also indicate going long on a break above 2855, with a stop-loss at 2849.”
